ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST - AWARD WINNING PRACTICE - DUBLIN

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Client is a multi- award winning architectural practice offering
PM & Interior services too and working on some of Ireland&#**Apply on
the website**;s greatest landmarks.

Production of technically sound architectural deliverables (drawings,
specification, schedules)

using Revit, in accordance with project standards and schedule.

Coordination of design with other disciplines.

Produce sketch / conceptual design for projects, including production
of presentation material under the direction of senior staff.

Ensure all design work conforms to standards and is buildable.

Contribute to the development of architectural standards and
solutions.

Contribute to the development of effective working relationships are
established and maintained with clients, suppliers and internal
colleagues.

Comply with the Company&# *;s Quality Assurance
procedures and assist in the review of

standards and procedures to promote a continuing improvement in the
service provided to

the company&# *;s clients.

Liaising with Project Manager / Contract Administrator.

Site visits to provide construction and technical support.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualified Architectural Technologist with a minimum of a Bachelor
Degree in Architectural Technology

The successful candidate will be self-motivated with an ability to
work within the MDO team structure, with a minimum of 3 years
post-graduate experience

Knowledge of the Statutory Consent processes (Planning, FSCA, DAC) and
current Building Regulations is required to perform this role

Strong technical and construction knowledge is essential for this
role, combined with detailing, design development and tender pack
assembly

BIM modelling experience is essential. The practice moved over to BIM
7 years ago and all projects are carried out in a 3D modelling
environment from inception to completion
